Jacqueline Johnson

Jacque has been a fitness enthusiast for nearly all of her life! Besides being a dynamic pilates, spinning, and group fitness instructor, she has been teaching yoga for 18 years, and practicing yoga for over 20 years. As she describes it, “It truly is my happy place”. Jacque loves to travel, decorate, read, meditate, and do lots of yoga. She has been instrumental in starting the fitness programs at the YMCA of South Alabama, Springhill Athletic Club, various fitness clubs, Boys and Girls Clubs, Summer camps and retreats, as well as Dayspring and Friendship Baptist Church.
Jacque teaches Vinyasa at our studio.
