Pure Power is a class designed by Shoshana, which combines her two loves: strength training and yoga. This is a class set to energizing music, utilizing weights to strengthen, balance, detoxify and exhilarate both the body and mind. No matter your level of yoga, this class will help you promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. You will see your body change, which will help promote inner-strength, more confidence, self-esteem and well being! It not only builds muscle, but character as well.
